Eligibility criteria:
- Clients may qualify for licensing in Ontario if they possess trade experience from outside of Canada.

Eman Ismail-Elmasri is a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP), Certified Career Strategist (CCS) and Certified Employment Strategist (CES) and has a Certificate in Human Resource Management. A passionate advocate for newcomers, Eman has over 15 years of experience in newcomer settlement and inclusion work. She is a strong believer in community collaboration and has been highly successful in forging important partnerships that have positively impacted the lives of thousands of immigrants and refugees across Canada. Proven record of accomplishment of creating and leveraging opportunities to better serve the community and key stakeholders.
Through her career advocacy for newcomers, Eman established a one-of-a-kind program. Where she succeeded in bringing recognition for internationally skilled trade newcomers in collaboration with the Ministry of Skilled Trades Ontario and The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development. By fulfilling certain criteria newcomers trade persons can get the certification in less than 6 months and get certified and licensed to work in Canada. A process usually takes at least 4 years. Eman played a pivotal role in fostering relationships with industry stakeholders, advocating for the inclusion of immigrant workers in the skilled trades sector, and implementing effective programs to support their integration.
